Kafor

A new managing Director has been appointed by leading media buying agency, Phd Nigeria. He

is Dozie Kafor. Until his latest appointment this month ,June 2017,,Kafor was media

manager for Coca Cola Nigeria .A career advertising Media planning and buying executive,

Kafor had earlier worked in Phd as Head of Media Strategy and Planning for five years

,between 2011 and  between February,2016 when he moved to soft drinks giant, Coca Cola

Nigeria as Media Manager.

Earlier, he had worked at rival media buying agency, MediaReachOMD for two years between

2009 and 2011,where he left as Deputy Manager Planning in 2011.Kafor studied Electrical

engineering at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, where he graduated in 2005.
Kafor takes over from Bayo Adisa, erstwhile managing director of the media buying

agency.It is yet unclear why Adisa left the agency.Phd is a member of the  multinational

Omnicom Media Group which includes OMD affiliate ,MediareachOMD Nigeria.
